Although we do not normally call before the delivery unless requested, please verify the recipient's address and phone number are correct to ensure the completion of your delivery in a timely manner. If we are unable to complete the delivery with the information you provide we will charge a second delivery fee.
We deliver 24/7 and offer express deliveries if the Express or Late-night delivery option is added at checkout.

Due to high demand timed deliveries cannot be accepted under any circumstances on holidays.

I can not express enough how impressed I am with not only how absolutely BEAUTIFUL the arrangement was but the customer service that I received as well. Not only were my expectations met but they were exceeded. The icing on the cake?
