Delivery Policies
Although we do not normally call before the delivery unless requested, please verify the recipient's address and phone number are correct to ensure the completion of your delivery in a timely manner. If we are unable to complete the delivery with the information you provide we will charge a second delivery fee.
We deliver 24/7 and offer express deliveries if the Express or Late-night delivery option is added at checkout.
Please call us at 321 473-8571 if you have a specific time you need us to deliver so we can work with you to get it there using your time frame.
Due to high demand timed deliveries cannot be accepted under any circumstances on holidays.

Highly recommend!! My first experience with Buds and Bows. It was a long distance order so I took a shot. Not disappointed! Great customer service!! They called to be sure the colors would be okay, let me know they were trying to reach the recipient, and emailed a photo of the arrangement. I could not have asked for more. When you are far away you have to be able to trust that your wishes will be followed and a great product delivered. Buds and Bows definitely came through with 5 stars!! I was so pleased with my purchase! They called me after I placed the order to see if they could substitute. When I voiced my disappointment they said not to worry they would make it happen! Then when the flowers were delivered they sent me photo of the arrangement. Now that is a florist. I have ordered a lot of arrangements and never have I been as happy. Thank you so much! My mother loved the arrangement. It was delivered on time and carefully. The delivery person called on the phone to let us know that it was at the door maintaining a safe social distance.
