Delivery Policies
Although we do not normally call before the delivery unless requested, please verify the recipient's address and phone number are correct to ensure the completion of your delivery in a timely manner. If we are unable to complete the delivery with the information you provide we will charge a second delivery fee.
We deliver 24/7 and offer express deliveries if the Express or Late-night delivery option is added at checkout.
Please call us at 321 473-8571 if you have a specific time you need us to deliver so we can work with you to get it there using your time frame.
Due to high demand timed deliveries cannot be accepted under any circumstances on holidays.

It's always a bit dicey to choose a florist in a different state, but I wanted a local florist to delivery a get-well bouquet. I chose Buds & Bows based on their online reviews and could not have been more thrilled with the results. They sent me a photo of the flowers prior to delivery and then kept me posted via email until the flowers arrived. The bouquet was absolutely beautiful and the recipient was so happy. I only wish Buds & Bows were in my state and I would use them every time. Definitely a wonderful establishment that cares about quality!

Buds and Bows has become my go-to in the Melbourne area when in need of flowers for all occasions! I've used them several times and each time they have "delivered" in fine fashion!! We ordered this beautiful arrangement on line, with a special request to substitute pink roses for the orange roses shown in the menu. Not only were they able to honor our request, but the arrangement sent to our friend's Mother, who had just gotten out of the hospital, is absolutely gorgeous! Her unexpected health issues while visiting from Sweden (with her husband) threw a monkey wrench in many of their vacation plans with their family. But this stunning arrangement helped to brighten her day and lift her spirits immensely! She was so surprised that she cried tears of joy, and her entire family is absolutely bowled over! And...this detail not to go unnoticed...Buds and Bows sent me a picture of the arrangement along with my delivery confirmation without me even requesting it!! Stellar service folks! Not all recipients send pictures of the flowers they receive (even though our friends did), so it's nice to see that you've sent a quality product and that your money is well invested!! Thank you Buds and Bows staff! Your floral designer is second to none, your delivery specialist is timely, friendly, and professional, and your store policies are tops in your field! Super easy to order, and the end product came out better than the online picture! Even received a picture of the floral arrangement before it was delivered! Wife absolutely loved them! I received a Mother's Day flower arrangement from Buds & Bows and was impressed with the artistic arrangement of the very fresh and beautiful flowers and greenery. When I needed to order something for a friend, I went directly to their website. I was not disappointed and neither was my friend.
