With one of our flower subscriptions, you can choose to have a FRESH, HAND-CRAFTED bouquet delivered weekly, biweekly, or monthly depending on your floral needs. You select your delivery start and date and how often you’d like your flower subscription to be delivered. Flower subscriptions are a perfect way to to keep hand-crafted fresh blooms in your home, or office. You can also gift a recurring flower delivery to a loved one for a birthday, anniversary, or holidays, such as, Mother’s Day or Valentine’s Day.

Can I pick out certain Flowers?
Our subscription arrangements are always a surprise (which our clients love!), but if you have any specific requests you can let us know! Please call us after placing your order. We can't make guarantees but will do our best to accommodate!
Does my Pre-paid Package subscription automatically renew?
No. Our Pre-paid subscriptions do not automatically renew. You will pay for them in full upfront, and you will receive one arrangement per week or month for the duration of the subscription. You will not be charged again at the end of the subscription term. Purchases are non-refundable.
Does my Ongoing subscription automatically renew?
Yes, our Ongoing subscriptions automatically renew, with a billing date up to 5 days before the order is hand-delivered to your loved one. You may cancel your membership at any time. Please cancel in advance of the billing date in order to avoid charges for that delivery. We cannot issue refunds after an order has processed.
Can I give a Subscription as a gift?
Of course! We can think of no better present than sending someone a flower subscription.

Should I choose a Pre-paid Subscription vs. an Ongoing Subscription?
By choosing the Pre-paid Subscription, you will only pay a delivery fee on the first delivery. Purchases are non-refundable and cannot be changed once the first delivery has been delivered.
The ongoing subscriptions are billed individually, depending on the frequency you choose. Each order will incur a delivery fee plus applicable taxes.
Is there a delivery fee on ANY Subscription order?
It depends on which package you choose. All Prepaid Packages will be charged delivery on the first order, with FREE delivery on subsequent orders. All Monthly subscriptions will incur a delivery fee.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed up to 5 days before the delivery whether you choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order. Please note: Some of the packages require payment in full upfront to receive the discount provided.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
Usually, we can. Please call us before your billing date, and we will do our best! We can't make guarantees but will do our best to accommodate!
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at 321-473-8571, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at 321-473-8571 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.
How can I change delivery address each month for my subscription?
Yes. You can make changes to your delivery address, but ONLY by calling us. We are happy to help!
What Is the Difference Between A Hand-Wrapped Bouquet Subscription and A Weekly/Monthly Bouquet Subscription?
Just the presentation!! All of our bouquets are hand-crafted with seasonal stems. We work with mother nature to include only the best stems in your arrangement, so while the stems or colors in the bouquet delivered to you may vary depending on the season, the quality and design you trust from Buds & Bows Floral Design will remain the same.
.Our Hand-Wrapped Bouquets are hand-tied, placed on a water source, wrapped in paper for a picture perfect gift that can be placed in a vase with no effort, and hand delivered to you or your loved one.
Our Weekly/Monthly Bouquets are professionally hand-crafted in a vase, box, or any seasonal vessel designed to hold and display flowers, and hand delivered to you or your loved one.
Can I pick-up my Flowers instead of having them delivered?
Yes. We would love to have you stop by!!
