We are happy to announce Buds and Bows is expanding! Don't worry, we aren't relocating we are now occupying two units! As soon as we got the word we immediately cut through the walls and joined the units into one! Why expand our shop? There are several reasons like increased work space, more storage space and larger coolers but the most important is of course to service our customers better!
Dedicated Space for Customers
Often times we need space to consult with our customers who want a custom floral arrangement or for soon to be brides and grooms planning their big day. We love our front sales floor and have a table set up to sit with customers but we wanted a more private experience. Having our consulting area set up in the new part of our store allows for a lot more privacy and quiet when we are planning the details of a custom arrangement or delivery. There is even a private entrance to make getting in and out easy!
US-1 Frontage
Our newly expanded store now has US-1 frontage making us even more visible! In the coming months we will be working to get signage and more visibility so all the cars passing by can see we are here. Even though we have been on our new location for over a year now, people sometimes still do no realize we are right across the street from Starbucks on Cypress Avenue. So make sure to tell your friends, they can park on Cypress Ave or US-1 and get to our shop!
New Equipment and Staff
Having more space means we can expand our staff and equipment! When you come into Buds and Bows you may some new friendly smiling faces helping you place your order. This is all in an effort to make sure our customers have the best experience possible when you shop and Buds and Bows. We want to make sure you can come in to place your order and be helped in a timely manner. As we get busier and busier, especially around holidays, having our new help will make ordering stress free! Additionally we have planned space for new equipment including a walk in cooler which will allow us to hold more inventory to keep up with all of our orders!
